We're currently seeking Full Time Code Compliance Associate for our portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This position will work at our corporate Hqts in Piscataway, NJ   Summary of Job Description: The Code Compliance Associate performs inspections of our residential and commercial premises to ensure that all fire and subcode conditions are fully compliant as required by law. The Code Compliance Associate will make periodic and scheduled inspections of fire suppression systems, fire panels, other equipment including, alarms and lights. The Code Compliance Associate will also ensure that all locations possess valid certifications and documents as required by law. This position will pay $75,000 a year
