Project Manager Assistant

We're currently seeking a full time Project Manager Assistant

This person will work at Various Locations but be based out of South Plainfield, NJ

This position is Monday thru Friday 7:30AM – 3:30PM

Responsibilities

Commercial Division as a Project Manager Assistant

• Assisting & Overseeing construction of commercial fit-ups
• Assisting to Schedule manpower required on field projects
•  Work with Construction Supervisor to ensure the project stays on schedule
• Do material take-offs, schedule equipment and order materials needed
• Correspond with the Subcontractors and the State for Inspections
• Assisting and Insuring work is performed according to permit drawings
• Overall, assisting to take care of jobsites

• Ability to Follow Directions
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must Pass Drug and Background Check
