We're currently seeking an Acounts Payable Specialist to work at our Corporate office in Piscataway, NJ 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain invoice log to track submissions, distribution and approvals
  • Dispute/resolve billing discrepancies
  • Process invoice entries into Timberline
  • Respond to subcontractor/vendor inquiries
  • Maintain check reports for CFO and preparing checks for release
  • Create subcontractor/vendor accounts and maintain insurance files

Qualifications

Previous Experience Desired:

  • Sage/Timberline preferred
  • Excel Proficient

 

Education:

  • High School Diploma
