Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception through to completion.

You will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and implementing various structures and ensuring they meet our client's requirements, industry standards, and regulatory codes.



 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, engineers, and other professionals to design and deliver exceptional architectural solutions.
  • Develop architectural designs and project concepts that align with the client's needs and budget.
  • Prepare and present proposals, feasibility reports, and design presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and team members.
  • Stay updated with advancements in architecture, construction techniques, and materials.
  • Foster a creative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) working as an Architect with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant architectural design software.
  • Excellent design and drafting skills and familiarity with 3D modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and costs.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership qualities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
