We're currently seeking a Houskeeper

 1-3 years of previous work experience in a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain office buildings, corporate offices
  • Clean and maintain vacant commercial spaces
  • Ensure everything is left in a neat, clean and attractive condition
  • Remove all trash & debris from common and office areas
  • Report any facility issues to supervisor
  • Assist with other tasks as needed at the properties
  • Must be able to work overtime when needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 1 year previous experience in related field
  • Ability to communicate with all staff members in a professional manner

 Education Desired:

  • High School Diploma preferred

Physical Attributes:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
