    We're currently seeking a Residential Lease Administrator for our multi-family portfolio of properties, with at least 2 years of industry experience. 

    Candidate will work full-time in our corporate office located in Piscataway, NJ. 

    Responsibilities

    • Prepares leases/subleases and other related documents for residential and commercial properties
    • Abstracting leases and preparing lease summaries
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of move-ins and move-outs
    • Maintain relationship with landlords and tenants
    • Respond to requests for information from Tenants related to administering the terms of an executed lease
    • Update and maintain Lease activities on a weekly basis with the most accurate and up-to-date information
    • Entering Lease information into computer system
    • Prepare lessee/prospect correspondence as needed
    • Maintain complete leasing files for every occupant including Tenant Lease Security account transactions: to include Open/monitor LSA Sub-accounts and timely processing of SD Refunds/transfers
    • File annual HPD and DHCR Registrations
    • Maintain RSA annual membership renewals
    • Complete other duties as assigned by upper management team

    • Strong organization and time management skills, ability to work independently

    Qualifications

    • 2-5 years’ experience as a lease administrator in a residential and commercial leasing environment
    • Must offer exceptional client service skills and have the ability to multi-task
    • Must be goal oriented & highly energized
    • Experience with Skyline property management software a huge plus
    • College degree is preferred
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
