  • Responsibilities

    Full-Time Lease Administrator Job Description:
    - Prepare detailed Lease Summaries for new Leases and update for Amendments, Assignments, Renewals and Extensions
    - Input Lease Data to Accounting/Lease System
    - Ensure all Tenant files and folders are organized, updated and complete
    - Track critical dates such as contingencies, approvals, delivery dates and rent commencement dates
    - Work with the Construction and Property Management Teams for Tenant Fit-Outs and Delivery of Demised Premises; tracking critical dates, receipt of required documentation and ensure Landlord Work is completed per Lease and any required documentation is provided
    - Track Renewals and Lease Expirations, update management and Leasing Agents of upcoming expirations, send notices
    - Maintain and update Legal Entity and Property Address reports
    - Maintain and update vacancy/availability reports
    - Interpret and resolve complex lease issues
    - Assist Accounting Team with tracking required tenant sales reporting and percentage rent payments
    - Work with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure appropriate data is being captured for their purposes and prepare Tenant Data Sheet for new tenants
    - Review Tenant Allowance requirements and ensure required documentation is received
    - Ensure accuracy of square footage of all tenants and centers, work with Architects and Leasing Agents on square footage for potential tenants, maintain and update square footage reports
    - Review and process outside broker commission invoices, update commission log, review commission agreements
    - Prepare Estoppels and SNDA’s for refinancing and acquisitions
    - Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions


    At least a 2 year college degree
    - At least 3 - 5 years Commercial Lease Administration experience
    - Commercial Real Estate landlord side experience and development experience a plus
    - Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills and ability to multitask
    - Strong analytical and time management skills
    - Must be proficient in Word and Excel
    - Timberline and/or MRI knowledge a plus
