    We're currently seeking an additional Accounts Payable Specialist with at least 1-3 years of industry experience.  Candidate will work full-time in our corporate office located in Piscataway, NJ. 

     

     



    Responsibilities

     

    • Managing check runs which includes: matching checks with invoices, mailing checks, entering into log and filing
    • Maintain A/P Files. Help with ban rec's.  Help with real estate taxes.
    • Keying invoice and auditing RealPage invoice entries
    • Able to cutchecks and cover for other team members when out.

    Qualifications


    Education

    • High school graduate; or equivalent related business experience. Business school graduate preferred
    • Basic MS Excel skills are a must
