  • Overview

    This is a high volume position so seeking a customer service oriented and detailed oriented associate to compile, process and maintain accounts payable records in a organized and orderly manner.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Processing invoices for all properties
    • Verifying approval on all invoices and check requests
    • Processing all payments biweekly for multiple companies
    • Updating and maintaining vendor database
    • Reconciling accounts payable statements as required
    • Preparing 1099's
    • Assisting with bank statement reconciliations
    • Processing postage and copier charges
    • Preparing F & A Billing
    • Preparing janitorial bills
    • Running monthly closings and reconciliations
    • Maintaining account payable files
    • Providing phone coverage as needed

    Qualifications

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Associates Degree in Business or related field with a minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience
    • Ability to multi-task and flexible "can do" attitude
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple high priority tasks
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • The ability to work as a strong team player and contribute as needed in variety of areas
    • Solid computer skills with proficiency in Excel. Property Management software
