The Corporate Recruiter facilitates sourcing for potential candidates, interviewing, and onboarding activities that lead up to the date of employment!!!



1. Represent Edgewood properties at Career Fairs
2. Post and maintaining open positions
3. Source and pre?screening all potential new hires
4. Responsible for sending and receiving all offer letters
5. Extensive phone/ email interactions
6. Serves as coordinator to hiring manager
7. Develop rapport and great working relationship with new hires and internal personnel.
8. Other related duties as assigned
1. Bachelor degree, preferred
2. 5+ years’ experience in recruitment and/or Human Resources, required
3. Strong knowledge of employment law
4. Strong written and oral communication skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
6. Ability to travel to and from job fairs
7. Must be detail?oriented with a high degree of accuracy and organizational ability
8. Willingness to create conversation at job fairs, etc. with potential hires
9. Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and provide detailed documentation/ follow ups
(time management)
10. Must work effectively under stress
11. Must have great time?management skills and ability to switch from task?to?task as
12. Preferable exp. in Accounting and Finance,construction and Real estate highly desirable.
