Edgewood is currently seeking an experienced Sr Architect Project Managerto be responsible for working with the design team to progress schematic designs into design development and construction documents.
The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the construction document process is required, including knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, project specifications and coordination with structural, mechanical and electrical design consultants. Experience with construction administration processes and procedures are necessary, including shop drawings and submittal review, processing requests for information and construction clarifications. Organizational skills, time management, efficiency and accuracy are important characteristics for this position. Direct report is to the Director of Architectural Services.
