We currently seek an additional TEAM MEMBER in our corporate accounts payable department with 1- 3 years related experience.
+Managing check runs which includes: matching checks with invoices, mailing checks, entering into log and filing.
+ Maintain A/P Files. Help with ban rec's. Help with real estate taxes.
+Keying invoice and auditing RealPage invoice entries
+Able to cutchecks and cover for other team members when out.
High school graduate; or equivalent related business experience. Business school graduate preferred.
Basic MS Excel skills are a must
