The company is currently seeking full-time Regional Maintenance Manager to take charge of multiple, assigned sites related to tasks, staffing and or adherence to company policies and procedures, customer service, etc. ..
Responsibilities are not limited to: Real Page Software, service requests, turns, computer systems, reporting and measuring of any and all performance matrix, purchasing, time tracking, training, deferred maintenance issues, etc.
Position will support any and all maintenance tasks for assigned properties and or supervisor, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings (and follow-ups), managing team and or associate compliance with portfolio initiatives, creation of policies and procedures, etc.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in property management maintenance and or a related field as a multi-site manager.
