REGIONAL RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER AT EDGEWOOD PROPERTIES

 

Edgewood Properties, a top developer and property management company based in New Jersey, is currently looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee various residential communities throughout New Jersey.

 

The Regional Manager provides supervision of the overall operations of each community in his/her portfolio with a clear understanding of the owner's objectives and the community's economic and physical requirements. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for stability and growth with their employment. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in multifamily property management.
  • 3+ years of experience in regional property management.
  • Strong property management experience.
  • Strong operational and business experience.
  • Customer-service oriented.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Onesite Realpage property management software.
  • Regional Property Managers typically manage 4-6 properties depending on experience.
  • Capable of making decisions and hiring the right staff at assigned properties.
