Since its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties has established itself as a leading real estate development and property management company.

We currently seek a dynamic, experienced Residential Property Management Recruiter, who understands the luxury (A+) residential property management business inside and out and actively seeks luxury industry niche knowledge to continue to remain educated on industry standards and competition. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Source, call, screen, and interview applicants for the above residential community openings.
  • Travel to our communities when necessary to conduct face to face interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Utilize our internal applicant tracking software (ICIMs) and database. 
  • Coordinate with outside employment vendors/agencies when needed.
  • Respond to all applications within a timely fashion.
  • Leverage Social Media for employer branding and recruiting. 
  • Fill 5-7 openings per week. 
  • Develop a database of resumes in our applicant tracking software for our residential openings.
  • Communicate with our property staff and management when needed regarding openings.
  • Draft effective job descriptions and post openings on the Web.
  • Attend job/career fairs on behalf of the company
  • Develop networks of candidate referral sources and attend related meetings and events.
  • Stay current and keep our managers abreast of changes and trends in employment and recruiting.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • MUST have experience recruiting property managers, leasing consultants, and maintenance technicians. Experience recruiting in other industries/departments is a plus.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable talking on the phone most of the day.
  • Prior experience conducting interviews on the phone and in-person.
  • Experience boolean searching on the Web.
  • Experience writing job descriptions and attractive job postings.
  • Prior experience with applicant tracking software, pref. ICIMs. 
  • Experience managing a candidate through entire hiring life cycle.
  • Very organized and detail-oriented. 
  • Comfortable working longer hours.
