PART-TIME CONCIERGE IN LOPATCONG

 

Edgewood Properties is currently seeking candidates interested in a career working in property management at our newest luxury property - Sycamore Landing in Lopatcong, NJ.

 

We currently have an opening for a PT Concierge to run our front desk and luxurious clubhouse, while assisting our residents and resident prospects in a variety of ways.

 

The successful candidate will have prior experience working at a residential community or in a customer service-related role within the hospitality, retail or food and beverage industries (at least 1 year).

 

This is an excellent opportunity to get your "foot in the door" with our property management team and a great way to catapult your career in real estate/property management.

Responsibilities

 

Here are some of the many things you'll be doing in this exciting career field:

 

As a concierge at one of our luxury communities, you will play a vital role in the daily customer service operation of our leasing and management office. You'll also:

  • Manage the front desk and be the first greeter when a resident, prospective resident, vendor, or contractor comes to the office.
  • Answer any questions on the community amenities and assist residents with gate cards/keys.
  • Assist residents who come to the front desk to make a service request by entering that service request into the system for them.
  • Provide the residents community communication via our community computer portal and related postings.
  • Assist the team with resident events at the community such as meetings, parties, cooking nights, movie nights, and other special events aimed at resident retention.
  • Manage and organize the package room by accepting packages on behalf of our residents.
  • Assist leasing Consultants with scheduling and clerical support.
  • Assist Property Manager, as required.
  • Assist residents with locating dining and entertainment accommodations outside the community.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn property management software

Qualifications

We seek an individual with at least some College.

You must be able to work weekends.

 

Bi-lingual Spanish is a huge plus!

 

Must be willing to maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward residents and co-workers. Attitude is EVERYTHING!

 

 

Person shall have prior experience working at residential community or working in a customer service function within the hospitality, retail ot food and beverage industries (at least 1 year).
