Overview

We currently seek to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with 2+ years related experience. Residential (Property Management) exp, basic knowledge of maintenance materials and experience with high volume utility billing payments are HUGE positives. 


Responsibilities

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

+Handle processing of large volume of utility invoices for residential communities
+Maintain utility schedules, monitor vacant units and question high usage
+Resolve billing errors & disputes with utility companies and vendors
+Match purchase orders with invoices
+Process all invoices pertaining to portfolio of apartment communities
+Enter all invoices in RealPage for A/P processing


Qualifications



Education

High school graduate; or equivalent related business experience. Business school graduate preferred.

 

Basic MS Excel skills are a must
